This website, https://www.ready-rig.com (the "Site"), and the Ready Rig brand are operated by MINGHE ELECTRONIC COMMERCE CO., LTD, a company incorporated in Hong Kong with limited liability, whose registered office is at Unit 60, 3/F, Yau Lee Center, No. 45 Hoi Yuen Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong ("Ready Rig", "we", "us" or "our").
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (these "Terms") apply to every order for products or services placed through the Site. Please read them before you order. By placing an order you agree to these Terms. These Terms work together with our Website Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, our Limited Warranty and our Returns and RMA Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to place an order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right you have under a law that cannot be excluded or limited by contract. This includes the rights of consumers under the laws of Hong Kong and under the consumer protection laws of the country or state where you live. Where any part of these Terms conflicts with such a right, that right prevails.
Your order is an offer to buy the products listed in it. After you order we send an email acknowledging receipt. A contract is formed only when we send a second email confirming that your order has been accepted or that it has shipped (the "Order Confirmation"). We may decline any order, for example where a product is unavailable, where a price or description on the Site contains an obvious error, or where we suspect fraud. If we decline an order after taking payment, we refund the full amount you paid.
You may ask to cancel your order before it ships by emailing sales@ready-rig.com with your order number.
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order, as set out in the Order Confirmation. Prices do not include shipping charges, which are shown at checkout before you pay.
Import duties, taxes and customs charges levied by the destination country are not included unless checkout states otherwise, and are payable by you. Where we are required by law to collect sales tax or similar taxes, they are shown at checkout.
Payment is taken when you place your order, using the payment methods offered at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.
We ship to the address you give at checkout. Delivery dates shown on the Site or in emails are estimates. We will tell you if we expect a significant delay. If your order has not arrived by the estimated date, contact us and we will help you trace it. If it is lost in transit, we will replace it or refund you.
Risk of loss and damage passes to you when the products are delivered to the address you gave. Ownership passes to you on delivery, provided we have received full payment.
Except for products marked on the Site as non-returnable or made to order, you may return a product within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price, provided it is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs for a change-of-mind return are paid by you. These conditions apply only to change-of-mind returns. They do not apply to damaged, defective or misdescribed products and do not limit any statutory remedy.
If a product arrives damaged, defective or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will pay the return shipping and repair, replace or refund it, in line with your rights under the law. Defects that appear later are handled under our Limited Warranty. The procedure is set out in our Returns and RMA Policy.
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Union, you also have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, and we refund the standard delivery charge you paid as well as the product price.
Refunds are made to the original payment method, normally within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Products bought from the Site come with our Limited Warranty, which forms part of these Terms. The Limited Warranty is in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory rights, including the right to goods that correspond with their description, are of merchantable quality and are reasonably fit for their purpose.
Camera support equipment carries weight on the body. Read the instructions supplied with each product before use, stay within the stated payload limits, and stop using any product that is damaged or not working as it should.
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable when the contract was made.
Because our products are professional equipment, we are not liable to you for loss of profits, loss of business, loss of production, loss of data or loss of business opportunity, unless you bought the product as a consumer for private use.
To the extent permitted by law, and only where it is reasonable to do so, our total liability for losses arising from an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for damage to property caused by a defective product or our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for breach of the implied terms as to title, description, quality and fitness for purpose where you deal as a consumer, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
All intellectual property in the products, the Ready Rig name and logo, and the content of the Site belongs to us or our licensors. Buying a product does not give you any right to use our trademarks, patents, designs or content, other than the right to use and resell the physical product you bought. Details are on our Intellectual Property page.
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We are not in breach of these Terms for any delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, war, government action, customs holds, carrier failures or shortages of materials. If such an event delays your order for more than 30 days, either of us may cancel it and we will refund any amount paid for products not delivered.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
These Terms and any contract formed under them are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at sales@ready-rig.com. We will reply as soon as we can and try to resolve it with you.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Claims within its financial limit may be brought in the Small Claims Tribunal of Hong Kong. This does not take away any right you have, which cannot be excluded by contract, to bring proceedings in the courts of the place where you live or to rely on the mandatory consumer law of that place.
If a court finds any part of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, the rest of these Terms continue in effect. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another company that takes over the Ready Rig business, and we will tell you if this happens. You may not transfer your rights without our written consent. These Terms do not give any rights to anyone other than you and us.
