LIMITED WARRANTY INFORMATION

We’re dedicated to making some of the most durable products on the planet. But sometimes the unexpected happens. So if there’s an issue with your Ready Rig product, we provide the warranty below.

A Limited Warranty is granted to the original purchaser by Ready Rig for a period of one (1) year. The Limited Warranty covers parts and labor charges for Product that has been returned directly to Ready Rig. 

All warranty returns shall be done in accordance with Ready Rig’s warranty Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) policy.  

If a defect occurs as the result of the product’s intended use according to the care instructions during the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective product or part. 

We may make changes to products and designs in the time you purchased your product and submitted a warranty claim. We will make every effort to replace limited edition or discontinued products still under its applicable warranty with the equivalent model of a reconditioned unit of like condition, but cannot guarantee the availability for replacement. The aforementioned repair or replacement will be free of charge when the unit is returned to Ready Rig, LLC. 

The Limited Warranty does not cover defects caused by third-party modifications, repairs, replacement parts, and unauthorized disassembly.  Improper maintenance, installation, accident, abuse, misuse, negligence, natural disaster, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions and use over extended time are not warranted.

This warranty also does not apply to any product on which the original identification information has been altered, obliterated or removed, has been handled or packaged incorrectly, has been sold as second-hand or has been resold contrary to the US export regulations.

SERVICE AND REPAIRS

Your Ready Rig gear is not what you expected?

We’re sorry to hear that. You’re welcome to fill out a warranty claim and fill us in on your experience so we can help you out the best way we can.

To file a claim email us at support@ready-rig.com - include your Ready Rig serial number(s), the date purchase, and a copy of the original sales receipt with dealer information in your email. When requesting warranty service/repair,a valid proof of purchase must be provided.

After you have contacted and provided us with the necessary information, a Ready Rig technician will respond as soon as possible (typically within 3-5 business days) after review of your request. Technical support program subject to change without notice.

If your warranty claim is approved, you will be supplied with a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#). Product(s) must then be returned directly to Ready Rig in appropriate cardboard packaging offering sufficient degree of protection, postpaid and insured. Ready Rig, LLC. will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred in connection with the return of this product. 

A copy of the original sales receipt and the RMA number must be included with the product - shipments without an RMA number and copy of original sales receipt will be refused and returned to sender. We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records. 

Do not send any personal accessories or equipment. Ready Rig, LLC. will not be responsible for any lost or damaged accessories/equipment.

DISCLAIMER 

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORT, OR ANY STRICT LIABILITY THEORY, WILL READY RIG BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. 

This warranty covers only repair or replacement for defective Ready Rig, LLC products, as provided above. This warranty excludes 3rd party equipment, and or equipment attached to Ready Rig, LLC. products. No Ready Rig reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.

In the event of a claim, Ready Rig, LLC.’s sole obligation shall be repair/replacement of the product. In no event will Ready Rig, LLC. be responsible for incidental, consequential, or special loss of property, however caused. In no event will Ready Rig, LLC.’s employees have any personal liability whatsoever.

This one year warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty for Ready Rig, LLC.’s products. No employee, agent, dealers, or other person is authorized to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of Ready Rig, LLC.

This warranty applies only to Ready Rig brand products that have been purchased from authorized dealers or other sellers.Ready Rig, LLC may, at its sole, refuse to honor the warranty of any such unauthorized product that may be presented for repair.

FAQS

When does my warranty start?

Warranty begins on the day of product delivery to the original purchaser. 

How do I find the serial number of my product?

Serial number(s) are located on the lower back plate. 

What is the RMA number?

The return materials authorization (RMA) or order number is the reference number for your return. We include the RMA order number in the email confirmation sent to you. You must clearly label all returns with the RMA number so they are identifiable.

How should I package and ship my product?

Product(s) must packaged in appropriate cardboard packaging, with necessary bubble wrap if needed, offering sufficient degree of protection, postpaid and insured. 

Do not send any personal accessories/equipment. Ready Rig, LLC. will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred in connection with the return of this product.  

Who pays for shipping?

Items to be repaired under warranty will be returned to Ready Rig at the owner’s expense. Repairs covered by warranty, Ready Rig will cover shipping back to the owner DOMESTICALLY, if owner is located outside of the United States they are subject to pay for shipping.

How do I check the status of an RMA?

What is not covered under warranty?

Will I get a brand new or a refurbished Ready Rig product?

Depending on service and repairs needed that are covered by warranty, you receive either a new or a refurbished product. All of our replacement parts and units are guaranteed to perform the same as new units and are covered by the same Ready Rig warranty.

Is my warranty transferable?

The original warranty is not transferable.

Do you offer an extended warranty?

At this time we do not offer an extended warranty.
